Non-Profit Education and Advocacy
A social justice non-profit (Federation), has a college campus program aimed at training students on college campus to become effective leaders.  The program provides students tools to identify their own personal story as a framework to motivate and unite students around a particular cause.  Students are encouraged to build coalitions with diverse student organizations, and contribute to the goals of these organizations, as a way to generate reciprocal support for their own programs.  We are evaluating the program to determine how well it is achieving its goals, and identifying opportunities for improvement.  Our evaluation to date, has demonstrated key areas for supporting student learning objectives, and opportunities to re-focus campus-based funding priorities to align better with measurable outcomes of the program.
